Our archives have provided many materials to support historic research and publication of books, monographs, photo albums and exhibit catalogs. Our collaborations with researchers almost always resulted in new books, donated to our library and archives with the words of gratitude. The new exhibit shows some of the most recent publications.  Display case on the 3rd floor and online.

Grete and Edward Bibring at the cafeGrete Bibring: A Culinary Biography
A new online exhibit, based on the materials from The BPSI Archives: Grete Bibring Collection, has been created by Meghan Hardison, an intern student from the Simmons College Archives Management Concentration program.  Excerpts from Dr. Grete Bibring's meticulous household books (1927-1977), menues, recipes, and guestlists have been supplemented by photographs and description of historic events to tell a life story of the unique and celebrated woman. Online only.

Erin Dornbusch -- an intern student from the Simmons College Graduate School of Library and
Information Science -- has created an exhibit on the James Jackson Putnam Center Collection. The
exhibit features several multimedia selections from the collection, including photographs of staff, videos
of activities at the Center, and interviews with individuals associated with the Center.
