The Boston Psychoanalytic Society and Institute (BPSI) is offering Continuing Clinical Discussion Groups at reduced fees for licensed clinicians. These small groups of up to six participants will be led by senior members of BPSI’s community. They will run for the equivalent of one academic semester with the possibility of an additional semester. Groups will be oriented toward independently licensed clinicians working with multi-problem adults, children, or families in clinic settings where access to psychodynamic education is limited. Leaders will facilitate group discussion based on case material presented and provide a psychodynamic didactic frame.
Future groups may be designed for clinicians in private practice, for those interested in child and family treatment, or for those returning to clinical work who are interested in deepening their understanding of psychodynamic theory.
